Full Job Description
Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. Ensures adequate nursing staff through the management of nursing staff resources. Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital. Directs and collaborates with appropriate department managers to facilitate and expedite patient movement. Assists the Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in continuous staff development, human resource management, and in promoting quality care. Responsible for clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties. Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required Other Graduate of accredited school of nursing Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 5 years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting Required General Experience in a clinical management role Preferred Licenses Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required Basic Life Support Required PA Registered Nurse License Required Multi State Compact RN License Required Or Your Tomorrow is Here!
