As a Clinical Budget Analyst - Senior at ICON, you will be essential in developing and analyze pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators.
What You Will Do:You will lead on pricing and investigator payments tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and developing pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and project requirements.
- Collaborating with clinical operations, finance teams, and investigators to gather data, assess cost structures, and develop accurate pricing models.
- Conducting financial analysis and benchmarking to evaluate pricing competitiveness and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Preparing detailed pricing reports and documentation, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to pricing and financial management in clinical trials.
Your Profile:You will have a strong foundation in pricing and investigator payments, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or experience in pricing analysis or clinical trial management are advantageous.
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy development, or cost management, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to analyze complex cost data, develop pricing models, and provide actionable insights for financial decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
