Qualifications

• Clinical or business degree preferred; open to equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or management role.
• Strong background in data management and statistical analysis.
• Experience with quality improvement projects and evaluating outcomes.
• Ability to liaise with payers and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage data and perform statistical analysis for quality programs.
• Prepare quarterly dashboards for the genetics and palliative program.
• Develop and evaluate quality improvement projects to meet goals.
• Collaborate with payers on Value-Based Care projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors on data initiatives and findings.
• Oversee patient survey processes and analyze results quarterly.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
