Full Job Description
Clinical and Quality Programs Manager to join our incredible team! This is more than just a job-it's a chance to be part of a close-knit, compassionate team that's committed to providing top-notch cancer care. This position will be responsible for connecting daily clinical operations with quality improvement initiatives and implementing and streamlining systems and programs.

What will you do?
  • Responsible for the data management and statistical analysis needed to develop, implement, monitor and report outcomes associated with quality programs MIPS and NSCLC Testing Program.
  • Prepares quarterly dashboards for the genetics and palliative program, and reviews with appropriate teams.
  • Develops quality improvement projects and evaluates their effectiveness based on goals.
  • Works with payers to prepare data for Value Based Care projects.
  • Works with outside vendors on data projects and reviews findings with appropriate clinical teams.
  • Oversees the patient survey process, reviews data and presents quarterly.
  • Oversees the patient concern process, contacts patients within 24-48 hours, documents findings, follows up with providers and clinical teams as appropriate.
