Role OverviewThe Clinical Account Manager (CAM) serves as a trusted clinical and strategic resource for Insightec's hospital and physician customers. This role is responsible for supporting the long-term success of MRgFUS programs by fostering strong clinical relationships, helping our sites to optimize operational workflows, and aligning with institutional goals. The CAM is a trusted resource across the care continuum, ensuring that patients, providers, and health systems are supported with excellence and integrity.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient-Centered Clinical Partnership- Champion a patient-first mindset supporting safe, effective, and expanded access to MRgFUS.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrators to support excellent patient outcomes.
- Serve as a clinical expert and trusted advisor on MRgFUS workflows, patient selection based on approved labelling, and best practices.
Accounts & Program Development- Support the development, implementation and sustainability of MRgFUS programs.
- Identify barriers to patient access and educate sites on solutions.
- Assist with growing program awareness.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with institutional priorities and clinical goals.
- Monitor program implementation and share insights to support development.
Influential Leadership & Internal Collaboration- Lead internal account teams through influence, coordination, and shared accountability.
- Communicate proactively and clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Operational Excellence & Integrity- Demonstrate strong organization and administrative excellence.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account records.
- Represent Insightec with the highest level of professionalism, clinical credibility, and ethical integrity.
- Stay current on Insightec's product portfolio, clinical data, and industry trends.
- Comply with all company policies, regulatory standards, and quality protocols.
- Gather and relay feedback from clinicians to inform product and process improvements.
- Monitor market developments and trends.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of customer-facing medical device experience (neuro and/or radiology preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong work ethic, organization, and accountability
- Strong commercial instincts
- Experience building or scaling new programs, service lines or markets
- Experience with executive-level hospital engagement
- Travel: 50% minimum.
