This role is field-based and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. This geography covers Los Angeles S, Irvine, Garden Grove, Orange, Corona, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, CA and Honolulu, HI and the surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory. They combine deep clinical expertise, strategic account planning, business acumen, and purposeful execution to improve patient outcomes, advance the organization's mission, and support the brand objectives and business goals of the CLL and NHL Oncology Products. A CAE must be able to build trusted partnerships with customers, think like business owners, and collaborate across the oncology ecosystem to create long-term value for patients, customers, and the organization - which includes but is not limited to, responsible resource allocation, a commitment to operating principles and compliant, high ethical standards.

34; An essential requirement of the position is to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements to gain entry into facilities and organizations that are in assigned territory. These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases.
Qualifications
34; 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
34; Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than their peers
34; Competitive selling skills
34; Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment.
34; Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
34; Persistency and grit with strong track record of succeeding in a challenging environment
34; Driving a personal auto or company car or truck.
34; Valid driver's license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
34; Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required
Preferred:
34; Oncology experience, preferably in hematologic malignancies
34; Bachelor's degree preferred
34; Account Management experience in any industry
34; Specialty Pharmacy experience
34; Healthcare industry experience, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies
34; People management or other leadership experience
34; MBA or other advanced degree
