Summary:

Presbyterian Rust Medical Center is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our Oncology Clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Oncology Clinic, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for clinic staff.
  • Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing teams, and support services to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor clinic productivity, patient access, scheduling efficiency, and operational performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction, quality, and operational outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Manage staffing plans, scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce utilization.
  • Support budget management, resource allocation, and supply oversight.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, engagement, and patient-centered care.
  • Address patient concerns and support service recovery efforts when needed.


Qualifications:

Associate's in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration or related field required or three (3) years experience in lieu of degree required.
Four (4) years of relevant experience required.

Experience managing staff, workflows, and operational processes in a healthcare setting preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
