Full Job Description
The Clinic Director is the senior leader within a clinic, overseeing all team members at the location. The Clinic Director translates organizational strategy into day-to-day clinic operations, continuously driving results, quality of care, improvements and innovation.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Clinic Operations Management:
  • Responsible for effective, high quality, outcomes-oriented therapy for every child / client.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve clinic goals and organizational initiatives.
  • Responsible for effective operational workflows, resource allocation, budget performance, and KPI achievement.
  • Foster operational excellence through proactive leadership, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making


  • Leadership and Organizational Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and empower the Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager to achieve clinical and organizational objectives.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture through active, empathetic listening, action planning, coaching, and daily guidance.


  • Client and Family Experience Leadership:
  • Champion a client-centered experience by strategically aligning operations to support family engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client and operational concerns, ensuring timely resolution and continuous quality improvement.


  • Organizational Alignment and Strategic Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with Regional and Support Center leadership to align clinic operations with overall business and clinical strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all HHF policies and Federal and State regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for operational innovation.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Skills and Competencies:
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree with equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operational leadership roles within healthcare, behavioral health, or related service industries.
  • Proven success in managing budgets, driving performance improvements, and leading large, diverse teams.
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent communication, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Full commitment to working onsite during designated hours.


Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates the capacity to occasionally lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds, including office supplies and small equipment. Despite its primarily sedentary nature, this role requires prolonged periods of standing. Additionally, the role entails frequent movement within the clinic environment, including the necessity to frequently rise from a seated position to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.

Candidates must be comfortable working near young children, including potential bodily fluids, as this is an integral part of the role. Furthermore, the position involves exposure to a range of odors, fluctuating temperatures, and occasional loud noises from clients to meet the diverse needs of our clientele within the clinic setting.
