Team OverviewThe Client Value Executive (CVE) serves as the operational leader for strategic financial services accounts, driving operating rigor, cross-functional coordination, and strong day-to-day client health. They establish and run a disciplined operating model-spanning reporting, billing, risk management, and execution cadence-to improve predictability, transparency, and performance. The CVE also leads escalations, maintains executive-ready communication, and partners with stakeholders to protect, optimize, and grow account value. This role will report directly to the Sales Director.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities- Experience supporting large financial institutions or credit unions, with an understanding of client needs in regulated environments
- Background in analytics, reporting, implementation, or migration delivery to support data-driven solutions and client outcomes
- Familiarity with enterprise data, analytics, or credit solutions (e.g., TransUnion or similar organizations)
- Ability to apply technical and client-facing experience to support solution adoption, delivery, and continuous improvement
Required Knowledge and Experiences- 5+ years of experience leading complex, high-stakes enterprise programs or service delivery engagements with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Operate effectively in highly matrixed environments, driving alignment and execution without direct authority
- Apply experience in financial services or regulated, data-driven industries to ensure compliance with risk and control frameworks
- Manage escalations and stakeholder communication proactively to maintain client confidence and resolve issues efficiently
- Design and implement program operating cadences, leveraging reporting, workflow, and financial tools to drive transparency, track performance, and deliver measurable outcomes

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $75,750.00 - $126,250 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
