Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to sensitive customer requirements.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or 16 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance with potential for Top Secret clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification or equivalent IAM I certification.
• Strong client systems and desktop troubleshooting experience in a Standard Desktop Client (SDC) environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the functionality and efficiency of computer systems used in F-35 Mission Data Reprogramming.
• Resolve desktop issues including network connectivity, printer problems, and application loading.
• Develop and maintain NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation, including System Security Plans and Security Assessment Reports.
• Plan, install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of software products across multiple networks.
• Act as the organizational expert for client-related issues, ensuring compliance with IA guidance and DIACAP/RMF processes.
