JOB DESCRIPTION

Make a measurable impact on how our most complex Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) clients experience JPMorganChase—every interaction, every milestone, every escalation.
In this role, you help turn complexity into clarity by connecting teams and strengthening long-term partnerships. You will leverage data, practical innovation, consultative partnership, and emotional intelligence to improve outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.

As a Client Success Officer within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you own the end-to-end client relationship for some of our most complex clients, partnering across banking, treasury, implementation, service, and Know Your Client (KYC) to deliver an enhanced client experience.
You help us retain and grow key relationships by bringing structure to onboarding and implementations, resolving issues quickly, and communicating clearly with confidence and empathy.  Use data and practical problem-solving to surface insights, tailor solutions, and continuously improve how we serve clients.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Banking and Sales to support strategic client reviews, long-term planning, and growth opportunities.
  • Own day-to-day client relationship management routines for assigned complex client relationships, including discussing product offerings highlighting capabilities and differences.
  • Partner with others to provide coordination and project management for product migrations and service-related needs.
  • Participant in project meetings for large client implementations and monitor actionable plans, milestones, and follow-ups.
  • Resolve client escalations by mobilizing internal partners, setting clear expectations, and driving timely decisions with appropriate assertiveness.
  • Create and present relationship review materials and data-driven visuals that communicate performance, trends, and drivers clearly. 
  • Coordinate, contribute to, and present RFP responses and sales pitches, translating the service model into clear value for prospects and clients.
  • Apply strong time management to prioritize competing client needs, manage deadlines, and maintain consistent follow-through.
  • Consult, improve, and elevate client routines and service delivery through a growth 
  • Discuss product offerings, highlighting capabilities, differences and potential offerings directly with clients. 
  • Leverage technology to offer solutions to clients that elevate and improve operating activities 

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of equivalent experience in Business Operations, Client Services, and/or Sales Support.
  • Clear, effective communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to tailor messaging for in-person, virtual, and executive-level audiences.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of treasury products and services, paired with strong client interaction skills to calibrate and manage client expectations.
  • Extensive project management experience, including coordinating cross-functional deliverables for implementations and client needs while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and align stakeholders at all levels (including senior management and cross-functional teams) to drive decisions and deliver outcomes.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and executive presence, including empathy and resilience — to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and lead effectively across senior stakeholders.
  • Strong data literacy, including the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear visuals and talking points.
  • Sound judgment in setting expectations, escalating appropriately, and driving timely decisions.
  • Effective time management, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines across clients and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to navigate evolving business requirements, tools (such as AI), and operating models, driving adoption and continuous process improvement.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

  • MBA 
  • PMP or other project management certifications 

 

Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

Travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partners.
