Full Job Description
THE ROLE

Using discretion and judgment, this position will assist the business unit in the development and implementation of solutions to stated business strategies. Implement solutions to support the business objectives, meet and enhance efficiencies of internal and external applications and workflows. In this role, evaluate and prioritize projects as assigned. Develop and implement solutions to multi-user needs. Provide advanced support to the business unit for the vendor suite of products and third-party service providers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Provide statistical reporting across the firm as required. Coordinate and execute scheduled production processes as well as ad hoc requests
  • Research appropriateness and prepares and/or assists in the preparation of cost analysis documentation and proposals to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot issues, working with software vendor or internal technical resources as needed
  • Serve as department project lead for large and/or interdepartmental projects in conjunction with others. Prepare and review project documentation including design, project tracking, and implementation. Perform analysis and implements process solutions.
  • Meet with clients, MFSC, and third-party vendors to establish a mutually acceptable process for keeping abreast of current technology projects, issues, and problems.
  • Examine client department workflow and recommend ways to increase efficiency using technology. Ensure clients are receiving appropriate levels of service. Evaluate and measure specific results, such as cost savings and improved efficiency.
  • Coordinate cost/benefit research and analysis to plan projects. Investigate and ensure accurate and complete use of third-party software products. Select and work with outside consultants when appropriate.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or project management.
  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience with vendor product and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative to coordinate resources and communicate with others both orally and in writing.
  • Proven analytical skills, demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and implementation of application enhancement life cycles.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet stated deliverable deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.


PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience utilizing Mutual Fund Transfer Agency systems
  • Project Management skills
Base Salary Range: $79,000.00 - $113,000.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
