Position Title: Client Services Coordinator

As the Client Services Coordinator, you will serve as the operational backbone of client engagements. You'll partner closely with consultants, senior leaders and clients to coordinate projects, manage timelines and ensure every detail is executed with excellence. Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000+ / Year DOEResponsibilities: - Manage logistics for coaching and assessment projects, ensuring timely execution
- Coordinate communication with clients and participants, fostering strong relationships
- Support consultants by organizing materials and maintaining project trackers
- Proactively identify risks or process deviations and collaborate with teams to implement solutions
- Maintain digital hygiene across organizational tools and systems
- Assist in the continuous improvement of workflows and practices
Requirements: - 3-5+ years of experience in professional services or consulting in a client-facing role
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Experience in scheduling travel is preferred
- Experience in roles such as engagement manager or program manager is preferred
