As a Client Services Consultant II, you will be a trusted partner to clients, brokers, and internal teams, helping solve problems, improve processes, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of Atlanta GA, Tampa FL, Bridgewater NJ, or Aurora IL.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and service needs, building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal business partners.
- Lead projects and coordinate activities to ensure successful delivery of products and services, guiding client issues through to resolution.
- Analyze reports and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support client audits, planning meetings, and ongoing account management activities.
- Identify and implement solutions to client challenges, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, customer support, benefits, insurance, or a related field; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service delivery and a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with clients, customers, brokers, or consulting partners in an insurance, employee benefits, or financial services environment.
- Knowledge of employee benefits products such as Life, Disability, Dental, or Leave and Absence programs.
- Experience leading projects, process improvements, or client implementations.
The expected salary range for this position is $64,800 - $99,300 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
