Role Overview

The Designit Client Service Partner

- Americas is accountable for driving net-new revenue growth across assigned accounts by expanding Designit's presence into new buying centers, strategic initiatives, and service areas.

This is a high-impact hunting role, focused on identifying, shaping, and closing new opportunities, building a strong forward pipeline, and accelerating account growth through proactive origination of new use cases and mandates.

Working closely with Americas leadership and Wipro account teams, the role translates growth priorities into targeted business development activity-unlocking new stakeholders, deepening executive relationships, and generating sustainable revenue streams.

Business Development & Pipeline Growth
  • Build and own a high-quality pipeline of net-new opportunities across Americas accounts
  • Identify, originate, and qualify opportunities aligned to regional growth priorities
  • Lead end-to-end pursuits, including shaping opportunities, proposals, pitches, and deal closure
  • Engage senior stakeholders, buyers, procurement, and account teams to unlock new revenue streams

Identify whitespace opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of Designit's capabilities

  • Ensure alignment with regional commercial strategy, governance, and financial targets
  • Drive disciplined pipeline and deal management to maximize revenue, order book, and margin

Collaboration & Execution
  • Partner with Client Directors and delivery teams to transition wins into successful execution
  • Contribute to broader account growth strategies beyond initial deal closure
  • Collaborate across commercial, design, and delivery teams to ensure pursuit quality and continuity

Local Leadership
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive office culture aligned with Designit values

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
