Overview: The Client Service Specialist is a foundational role on the PrimeNumbers team, supporting the financial process for a portfolio of small business clients across client service, bookkeeping, and administrative functions. It's a hybrid role that touches client relationships, hands-on accounting work, and internal operations.

Education & Work Requirements:
• Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Have a minimum of 2-4 years in an office setting, preferably centered around the financial industry; prior bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided
• Extraordinary communication skills, as constant interaction between team members and clients is done
• Comfort working with numbers and attention to detail for entry-level bookkeeping tasks
• Ability to lead other teammates and assist with career development
• Proficiency in all facets of technology, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software is a plus
• Must be a Team Player
• This is an on-site position based in our Fargo, ND office; it is not a hybrid or remote/work-from-home role
