Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build an excellent rapport with customers, understanding their needs and delivering to their requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries including requests for quotes, pricing, and availability of product.
  • Manage new sales opportunities together with ITW9s engineering, manufacturing, and commercial team.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers to support ongoing business and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work together with Customer Service, Production, and Logistics to calculate accurate revenue forecasts numbers to ensure Revenue and Material Margin outlooks are accurate, and any issues are highlighted early on in order to react appropriately.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Keep current with technological and competitive developments, update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Assist customers with any concerns or pain points.
  • Contribute to a team environment by sharing responsibility together with the rest of the ITW team.
  • Support company continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel to customer locations to meet in-person with key contacts (travel < 25% of time, rarely overnight)
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year technical degree preferred.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel (advanced Excel skills preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines as assigned.
  • High analytical abilities leading to competent problem solving and logical decision making.
  • Good hands-on organization skills - must be able to plan and prioritize workload using their own skills and initiative.

Compensation Information:

70,000-100,000
