Full Job Description
We are seeking a Client Programs Manager to join our Clients & Markets team. This role is responsible for managing legal directory and awards programs and ensuring the successful delivery of submissions that support the firm's profile and market position.

You will be focusing on:
  • Work with firm leadership to implement a strategic approach to directories and awards, to bolster our brand and reputation nationally and in local markets.
  • Provide advice and guidance to ensure our submissions algin with the firm's strategy and support national and regional growth.
  • Measure performance against our market priorities and competitors.
  • Prepare analysis reports and present quarterly findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain best practices and guidelines.

Directories
  • Project manage legal directory submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500, including practice and vendor liaison, workback schedules, and internal communications.
  • Provide research, analysis, and recommendations for submissions content and tone.
  • Includes submission drafting, editing, and proofreading, and preparing for directory interviews.
  • Serve as Canadian contact for Global directories team.

Awards
  • Project manage legal professional award nominations to help grow the profile and market position of the firm and select lawyers, and to support clients.
  • Includes nomination drafting, editing, and proofreading.

What you bring to the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience developing and managing legal directory and award submissions a significant asset.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with people across the organization, at all levels.
  • Strong research and writing skills with an aptitude for process analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading experience.
  • Possesses a high level of business acumen and an understanding of client objectives and the marketplace.
  • Bilingual in French and English a strong asset
