Assists with performance management of entire program across multiple jurisdictions for both WC and potentially LOA. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We are looking for driven individuals that embody our caring counts model and core values that include empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE • Ensures adherence to client service instructions for WC supporting a dedicated client. • Monitors client reserves for accurate reflection of client's book of claims; ensures reserves are within an appropriate range. • Tracks and trends performance guarantee and gain share agreements at the client level. • Ensures client's claims reports are properly and timely prepared and distributed. • Monitors client's average cost of claims; identifies trends and excessive cost factors. • Conducts client specific operational audits; monitors client audit compliance. • Works with company Quality and Operations staff to resolve client issues including results of client Compass audits. • Manages client specific internal control report issues. • Ensures timely payment of TTD, medical and vendor bills; ensures appropriate vendor utilization. • Reviews aging claims for file closure ensuring claims do not age beyond appropriate time frames. QUALIFICATIONS • Five (5) years of Workers Compensation claims management • Understanding of excess and carrier reporting for WC claims • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of excel for reporting/tracking purposes. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is (80K - 85K).
