Role: Client Partner - Retail Location: Norfolk, VA Job Description: • Drive Sales Plan: TCS Growth strategy in line with organizational direction • Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure • Proactive deal generation and large deal management • P&L management of the account • CXO level engagement and relationship management. Business stakeholder engagement • Partnership with Alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation • Drive TCS' internal governance, compliance, and internal reporting • Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement • Prepare, plan and execute sales & marketing plans for the account • Team management and talent development • Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects and joint revenue growth • Collaborate with other accounts in unit for idea sharing, arrange references and create assets for Retail ISU Qualifications: • Graduate College Degree • Must have performed a customer facing with responsibilities including Revenue Growth and Services expansion • Knowledge of Retail domain • Strong understanding of Agile & DevOps ways of working • Experience driving large RFP response Salary Range: $148,800 - $201,300 a year #LI-AD1
