Job DescriptionAs our Client Onboarding Consultant, you will report to the Supervisor of Client Onboarding and work remotely. You will contribute to special projects, identifying scalable operational improvements through automation and AI in collaboration with leadership, and serving as a subject matter expert to guide team members on complex onboarding tasks.
You will:- Support onboarding projects beyond primary project focus area.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and scalable improvements using automation or AI solutions, and collaborate with leadership on recommendations.
- Be the subject matter expert on specific onboarding tasks or projects, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing with team members as requested by leadership.
- Independently manage end-to-end client implementation projects while sustaining a high level of performance and accountability.
- Provide support across onboarding project focus areas.
- Operate independently, using established procedures to complete complex tasks.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with the Healthcare Revenue Cycle preferred, or equivalent implementation or onboarding experience within healthcare, financial services, or other related environments.
- 2+ years of implementation, client onboarding, project coordination, or project management experience.
- Experience using automation and AI to refine workflows, boost efficiency, and foster innovation.
- Familiarity with Experian Health products is beneficial
Additional InformationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
