Client Liaison to help grow our referral network and increase access to high-quality pediatric home care services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional with established relationships across New Jersey's healthcare and educational communities. If you have experience developing referral partnerships, growing territory revenue, and building long-term relationships with hospitals, physicians, school districts, and community organizations, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Develop and expand referral relationships with hospitals, pediatric practices, physician groups, specialty providers, case managers, discharge planners, and school districts throughout New Jersey.
- Build strategic partnerships that generate new pediatric home care referrals.
- Leverage your existing professional network while identifying new business opportunities across the state.
- Represent Affirmed Home Care at networking events, healthcare conferences, community outreach programs, provider meetings, and educational presentations.
- Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community partners about our pediatric home care services and available programs.
- Collaborate with our Intake, Recruiting, Clinical, and Marketing teams to support growth initiatives and ensure exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate referral activity, sales tracking, and pipeline management within Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Meet and exceed referral growth and relationship development goals.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Liaison, Physician Liaison, Referral Liaison, healthcare business development professional, or healthcare sales representative.
- Established relationships with New Jersey hospitals, pediatric practices, specialty physicians, school systems, case managers, and/or healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
- NJ Medicaid
- NJ FamilyCare
- EPSDT
- IEP and 504 Plans
- Pediatric specialty care and home healthcare services
- Proven track record of generating referrals and growing provider relationships.
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
