Pay:- $17/hour base pay.
- Uncapped commission.
- Top performers earn $8,000-$15,000+ per month.
- Annual earning potential: $75,000-$200,000+.
What You'll Do:- Answer inbound calls from people seeking tax relief.
- Ask questions to understand each client's situation.
- Qualify clients and schedule the next step.
- Build trust and provide a great customer experience.
- Update client information in our CRM.
- Hit personal and team performance goals.
