Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced Performance Implementation Workstream Lead to join a team of performance experts to onboard clients to the Alpha Performance Service. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in investment performance measurement, data management, and client reporting for asset managers. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with internal departments who perform component functions in the service.
What you will be responsible forThe Alpha Performance Implementation Workstream Lead is responsible for governance of all change or deviations to our standard operating model throughout the implementation lifecycle. The remit includes Analysis and Assessment activities, Program Management, reporting and stakeholder management.
As a workstream lead you will
- Lead the Performance workstream through the four phases of a client on-boarding event (Service Definition, Detailed Analysis, Execution (Day in The Life), Go Live/Hypercare)
- Document and maintain a detailed project plan (and other associated project artifacts, e.g, Future state operating Models, workflow diagrams, agendas, minutes, Management reporting etc.)
- Raise Risks and issues effectively within the program, drive solutions and effectively communicate options
- Represent the workstream priorities within the AlphaSM organisation and wider programme to drive cross functional initiatives
- Facilitate, collaborate and work with internal stakeholders and our clients to understand and document requirements
- Leverage influence across business areas and project team members to drive toward a common goal of onboarding the client
- Remain cognizant of potential STT capability challenges (servicing, technology, general readiness) exposed by the new and different model. Ensure deviations to standard are challenged, documented and approved internally before adding to the Client Documents.
- Provide insight for solutions, develop knowledge of other middle office services by researching facets of the operations that are unclear and developing a concise picture of the current / strategic state and defining a solution which is fit for purpose.
- Ensure programme activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies. Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client corresponding representative and supporting stakeholders.

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above preferred
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including middle or back office functions
- Minimum 7 years experience in the fintech space, implementing and supporting performance and attribution solutions
- Nice to have - CFA/ CIPM
Salary Range: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
