Team OverviewThe Client Executive is a strategic, client-facing leader responsible for driving growth and deepening relationships with a key financial services client through data-driven solutions in credit, fraud, and marketing analytics. Partnering closely with senior executives, you'll lead complex initiatives, negotiate high-value agreements, and deliver integrated solutions within a highly matrixed environment. This role will report directly to the Director of Sales - Diamonds.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities- Partner with Industry Executives to identify and drive adoption of new product opportunities, supporting strategic client growth.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to deepen relationships with a key, large-scale client, delivering on revenue and expansion goals.
- Lead and manage high-impact client initiatives, leveraging strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiate and close complex, multi-million dollar, long-term agreements with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate exceptional executive communication skills, a business-oriented mindset (Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience), and willingness to travel up to 40%.
Required Knowledge and Experiences- 10+ years of experience in direct sales and/or partnerships within banking or fintech, with a proven ability to engage across all levels of the buying organization.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers, navigating complex stakeholder environments with credibility and influence.
- Strong understanding of data-driven solutions (credit, fraud, marketing/analytics) and how they address critical client business challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver optimal client outcomes.
- Skilled at navigating complex client environments and delivering integrated, strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
- Deep financial services industry expertise, including banking, fintech, credit risk, fraud, marketing, and analytics.

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
