Job Description

The Client Director will lead a team of Client Managers, ACMs and Analysts, guiding and coaching them to support clients to analyze data through use of NIQ tools and services, based on NIQ standards and service model to ensure clients are delivered insights on industries, markets and consumers so that they make informed business decisions. Natural organic retail expertise is required, with proven analytic proficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team who is responsible for creating integrated analyses in support of client's strategic initiative.
  • Present analyses to senior-level client contacts with actionable insights and recommendations for the client's business.
  • Proactively provide subject matter expertise on our products and the merchandising analytics domain to clients in support of strategic client business issues including Pricing, Promotion, Assortment and other merchandising analytics domains.
  • Maintain and build productive business relationships with key client contacts.
  • Work collaboratively with other NIQ teams, including specialty sales, operations, data science, product, to further develop existing tools and identify revenue opportunities outside of contracted services.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), CPG Retail, and/or market research industry required.
  • Strong analytic aptitude with the ability to apply analytic products to CPG/CPG Retail industry business issues.
  • 3+ years' experience in directly managing, mentoring, and leading associates.
  • Successfully manage end-to projects, from approach/design to delivery of insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful client presentations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership (VP level and above), both internally and externally.
  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes while managing multiple priorities.
  • Expert proficiency in NIQ tools and datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • BA/BS required.


Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $114,800.00 - $153,750.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
