Sr. Analyst II

What will you be doing?

The Analyst provides support to their team by helping to address business questions using Circana's many datasets. The analyst handles report creation, and the day-to-day servicing of a large global account as well as other U.S.-based accounts. The work encompasses managing projects that flow across multiple countries; reviewing, consolidating, and analyzing data; developing analyses in Excel and PowerPoint; problem solving; participating in client meetings; contributing to revenue goals; and increasing Circana's value with clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the team in managing the day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships, including but not limited to, sharing analyses on specific topics, answering relevant client questions, training/educating clients to drive adoption and usage of Circana's strategic data sets, etc.

• Master format and structure of multiple databases, maintain custom definitions, review and clean output, and ensure accurate and consistent labels from database-to-database
• Build and nurture relationships with client contacts, as one of the onsite team member from Circana working at the client's corporate headquarters (1 day per week), partnering with clients in multiple foodservice functions including insights, strategy, and menu
• Partner with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives which support the sale and delivery of Circana's solutions

• Understand our clients' organizations and their business strategies, objectives, and challenges. Attend/present insights at client meetings.
• Proactively search for meaningful trends within Circana's proprietary data and share findings with both internal and external audiences
• Problem-solve and maintain relationships with adaptability, urgency, and positivity
• Manage creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly ongoing "key insights" presentations and/or deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in all MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
• Experience with Circana data tools is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work across various data sets and reporting tools
• Able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Very strong oral and written communication skills; Confident in presenting to groups
• Highly detail oriented - with commitment to total quality and data accuracy
