The Client Delivery Supervisor - Commercial Deposits will lead and support a team responsible for commercial deposit onboarding and treasury management client delivery services, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and internal partners. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational oversight while helping ensure adherence to established procedures and service standards.
Key Accountabilities- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of client delivery specialists, providing ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
- Oversee daily client delivery activities, triage service-related issues, and help ensure timely, accurate resolution of requests.
- Support the implementation and communication of policies, procedures, and operational strategies while promoting adherence across the team.
- Maintain and update operational procedures to support consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Manage a select portfolio of high-profile client and internal department accounts, including account setup and maintenance activities.
- Develop expertise in treasury management products and services to effectively support team members, clients, and business partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the implementation and servicing of treasury management solutions.
- Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities impacting client delivery operations.
Education & ExperienceRequired- Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.
- Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.
Preferred- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Treasury management experience.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification obtained within two years.
