You'll Support Meaningful Work By: - Developing new business opportunities across commercial real estate influencers to create brand awareness and showcase Steelcase's unique value proposition to drive business opportunities in the Atlanta market.
- Building strong, consultative relationships with clients, project managers, brokers, property managers, dealer partners, and other key influencers.
- Developing strategies for improving dealer relationships and networking with real estate.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities through your network, owned accounts, and local market activity.
- Partnering closely with our integrated dealer, aligning on strategies and engaging customers together.
- Engage with client advisors (PM firms, Brokers and clients), to understand how to best support their work and how Steelcase and our dealer can add value.
- Bringing Steelcase resources into the market, including research, specialists, workshops, experiences, and workplace insights.
- Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through conversion, while maintaining accurate pipeline discipline.
Minimum Qualifications: - 7+ years of B2B sales experience in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.
- Prior experience and relationships within Commercial Real Estate (brokerage, property management, or project management).
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of current customer/workplace issues and trends across multiple industries and can leverage these insights as a knowledge resource to the Real Estate community.
- Proven ability to work in a team-based selling model.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Based in Atlanta or surrounding areas.
Desired Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Experience engaging with distribution/dealer channels.
- Understanding of project timelines, spec cycles, and the local A&D landscape.
- Familiarity with workplace strategy, modular solutions, or sustainability considerations.
- Ability to collaborate with designers, real estate professionals, dealer partners, and Steelcase teams.
- Strength in opportunity creation, influencer touchpoints, and opportunity-to-win conversion.
