Join 770GoodLaw as a Client Advisor and become the trusted guide that walks clients through one of the most stressful experiences of their lives. In this role, you'll own the client relationship from case assignment to resolution - keeping clients informed, empowered, and confident at every stage of their personal injury claim. From monitoring treatment progress and coordinating property damage to obtaining settlement authorizations, your work directly shapes both the client experience and the outcome of their case. Responsibilities $44 Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, case management, or customer service role - experience in a legal, insurance, or healthcare setting is a strong plus, as familiarity with medical or claims processes translate directly to this work. • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to explain complex legal and medical processes in clear, empathetic terms and maintain consistent, meaningful contact with a high-volume caseload. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously, track deadlines and treatment milestones, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple communication channels.
