Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Procurement Analyst supports technology procurement activities, including purchase order processing, invoice coding, payment coordination, tax-related validation, and adherence to established review and approval procedures. The Analyst works closely with the IT Senior Financial Analyst to support departmental financial processes such as cost account reclassifications, fixed asset form submissions, financial system maintenance, and related documentation management on the team SharePoint site. The Analyst requires sound judgment, initiative, strong prioritization skills, and a consistent focus on accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and high-quality service in support of a global team and the Firm's values.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience working with global providers.
• Minimum of five years of experience with a focus on financial and/or procurement processing.
• Preferred exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Interest in developing reporting and analytics skills.
• Experience with telecom, technology or vendor management.

The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $100,000 - $120,000.
