Job OverviewThe Clerk of the Works is responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction works on site to help ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with contract requirements, approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, health and safety expectations, and relevant legislation. The role acts as an independent site-based quality representative, supporting successful project delivery across Skanska Integrated Solutions projects.
Clerk of the Works Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in a Clerk of the Works, Site Inspector, Site Manager or similar construction quality role.
- Currently, the company is not considering applicants for this position who now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
