Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a cleared Program Scheduler / Life Cycle Analyt to support our customer in Bethesda, MD. SETA.

The Program Scheduler delivers subject matter expertise across a range of functional areas including program scheduling, lifecycle management, supply chain management, and configuration management. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules and Integrated Master Schedules, define lifecycle management technology roadmaps, and manage the implementation of lifecycle solutions across multiple technologies and organizational components - all within a classified environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems
  • Work with development and operational teams to develop detailed schedules and assist in keeping these schedules current
  • Develop and/or modify program/project schedules and integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program/Project Schedule
  • Link project schedules with the overarching program, Investment Portfolio, functional area, and/or other Integrated Master Plans (IMPs)
  • Provide hands-on development of layered schedules and IMPs that address how an acquisition project is progressing and how that project contributes to overarching requirements and objectives
  • Ensure all critical activities, milestones, and dependencies are documented and included in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Analyze and track schedule data using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Compare actual schedule data with planned schedules, report on differences, identify causes for variances, and take corrective actions
  • Help define Lifecycle Management technology roadmaps and solutions
  • Analyze user integration requirements
  • Manage the implementation of Lifecycle Management solutions across multiple technologies and organizational components
  • Define plans, processes, methods, and tools for ensuring supply chain management and chain of custody for the life of all service assets
  • Coordinate contract approvals and monitor delivery of contracted services/licenses within budget and time constraints
  • Track and manage maintenance agreements for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software products
  • Align hardware recapitalization, maintenance management, and license renewals in a Procurement Spending Plan
  • Ensure compliance with configuration management processes for both hardware and software, including infrastructure support

  • Experience developing and/or modifying program/project schedules and integrating multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program/Project Schedule
  • Experience linking project schedules with overarching programs, Investment Portfolios, and/or Integrated Master Plans (IMPs)
  • Experience analyzing and tracking schedule data, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions
  • Experience with lifecycle management technology roadmaps and solutions


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with IC or DoD program scheduling environments
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar
  • Experience managing implementation of lifecycle management solutions across multiple technologies and organizational components
  • Experience with supply chain management and asset chain of custody processes
  • Experience coordinating contract approvals and monitoring delivery of contracted services within budget and time constraints
  • Experience with configuration management processes for hardware and software
  • Experience with procurement spending plans, hardware recapitalization, and license renewal tracking
  • PMP, PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), or equivalent certification

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $75,000.00 - USD $117,225.00 /Yr.
