As a Classified Cyber Security Senior Manager for the Skunk Works Tech Roadmaps and Innovation Portfolios, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of a team of highly technical, geographically dispersed cyber security professionals executing the Risk Management Framework and Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG). You must manage the processes required for the development, implementation, and maintenance of numerous classified computer environments that support multiple program requirements across a large and dynamic organization.

The leader will integrate the Classified Cyber Security Program function with the Program Management leadership team in order to execute the strategic cyber security goals of the assigned portfolio.

Provide direct leadership and mentorship to Cyber Security Manager's executing on tactical milestones, ensuring success for both portfolio programs and the Cyber Security organization.

Possess executive level presence, ability to lead with influence and communicate effectively across the organization

Participate in planning and implementation of current and future security domains including those which may introduce new service areas (e.g. Cloud Computing, DevSecOps).

Serves as the primary liaison with various government Authorizing Officials (AO) for business within their area of responsibility.

The successful candidate will have a background in cyber security, project management, leadership, collaborative teaming and process improvement initiatives.

Possess an active DoD Top Secret security clearance, based upon a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check (NAC/LC) conducted within the last five years and access eligibility for Special Access Programs.

Subject to routine government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information throughout their employment as required by the job.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :
A comprehension of security standards and frameworks, rules and regulations, and system trust principals, such as FedRAMP, FIPS, NIST SP 800 Series, JSIG, OWASP, and CSA Star.

Experience managing cybersecurity requirements and /or teams operating in collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP) and /or Specialized Compartmentalized Information (SCI) environments for an enterprise/major business portfolio of programs.

Experience successfully interfacing with internal/external customers (DCSA, AO/DAO, GCAs, IT, Program Managers, Cyber Engineering, etc.)

Experience leading the authorization and approval of classified information systems

Experience managing people, technical requirements, and financial resources

Experience with multi-tenancy infrastructure and cloud integration

Recognized cloud proficiency (CSSP, AWS, CSA, CompTIA Cloud+, CCSK or others)

Project management experience

Ability to motivate, inspire, grow Cybersecurity Team members

Experience optimizing earned value management and classified transformation

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $181,400 - $314,525. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
