Salary range (but not limited to):
118,700 - 145,100Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Claims Manager – Auto
What you’ll do here:
Lead and coordinate the onboarding of newly hired adjusters and their transition to operational teams.
Lead and coordinate your team’s operations to achieve profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction objectives.
Participate in strategic discussions relating to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Serve on select national committees.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the business plan and implement the structures required to achieve the department’s objectives, in accordance with business strategies and available financial, material and human resources.
Participate in the preparation of operating budgets.
Manage your team’s performance and support unit managers in implementing development and rehabilitation plans.
Help manage complaints that cannot be resolved by unit managers.
Identify training needs and coordinate activities with the Claims Training Team.
Approve payments that exceed unit managers’ authorization limits.
Actively participate in managing operations during weather-related catastrophes.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least five years of experience managing teams.
Claims adjuster licence, an asset.
Strong knowledge of personal lines, commercial lines and liability insurance.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to analyze operational metrics.
Ability to manage an engaged and high-performing team.
Ability to develop your team’s skills and abilities.
Ability to set strategic directions, make decisions and communicate information.
Ability to collaborate.
Ability to lead change.
Bilingualism (English-French): Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country
No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada
