Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with solar and/or wind construction projects.
• Proficient in reading project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate actions and manage personnel resources.
• Familiar with SWPPP/DEQ plans and safety requirements.
• Proficient in using Procore and managing project documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relations and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review civil plan documentation to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage civil scope subcontractors to meet timelines safely and with quality.
• Plan daily civil activities in collaboration with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and permit requirements.
• Provide daily progress updates to the project management team.
• Work with the project team to track scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of project progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
