We are seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer to help shape our
Woods Cross, Utah, office, focusing on Land Development projects. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in land development design, covering commercial and single-family projects. This individual will hold a Utah Professional Engineer (PE) license and bring proven expertise in managing projects, leading teams, and cultivating client relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with other Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other staff to perform the following duties:
- Oversee land development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
- Provide leadership to a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and ensuring high-performance standards.
- Manage and expand a client portfolio, ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and public officials to ensure project success.
- Assist with managing budgets, ensuring the financial health of projects and office operations.
- Help with market forecasting and strategic planning to align with regional and company goals.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top engineering talent.
Skills/Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in land development design.
- Active Utah PE license.
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff management.
- Track record of successfully managing land development projects from start to finish.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win work and grow client relationships.
- Proficiency in budgeting, market forecasting, and hiring.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a leadership team.

Salary Range is $100,000 - $200,000 (+ Paid for every hour worked, Bonus, and 401 (k) profit share).
