Civil Project Manager

Vancouver, BC

The Opportunity

Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for environmental impact and complex infrastructure? Join our Mining Environmental Group in Vancouver, where we focus on applying critical thinking to the management of mine waste and water. As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering multidisciplinary projects that support responsible mining-from concept through closure. This hybrid role offers flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to manage projects that matter.

In this role, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil earthworks and dam-related projects. You'll work closely with engineers, environmental scientists, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with purpose. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading project delivery across civil earthwork scopes and multidisciplinary teams
  • Coordinating environmentally focused projects, including field programs and design solutions
  • Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative project culture
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk metrics across multiple projects
  • Applying project management methodologies to support technical teams

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure or earthworks projects

  • Familiarity with technical documentation and proposal development
