Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices and attorneys in all 50 states, has immediate openings in Fayetteville, Arkansas for civil litigation attorneys with at least 2-5 years of experience. Candidates will ideally reside in the Northwest Arkansas metro area, but the firm will also consider well-qualified candidates who reside outside of Northwest Arkansas.
Candidates will collaborate on national litigation and emerging risks, working closely with GRSM offices nationwide, while actively engaging in advancing local cases and shaping the future of litigation.
Our practice groups have several openings for defense litigators with a variety of practice area experience, including specializations in: Complex Commercial, Corporate, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Defense, Construction, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Agriculture, Employment, Product Liability, Transportation, and General Liability.
Candidates must be driven team players who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision, and must possess excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be able to handle multiple assignments and deadlines. Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and assisting with the handling of civil trials in state and federal court is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be willing to travel both in and out of state as needed.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Arkansas.
We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance. GRSM also offers flexible remote and hybrid working arrangements for all attorneys. The starting base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000 or more, depending on experience, geographic area, and other factors.
