• A minimum of 3-5 years of civil litigation experience with a desire for continued growth
• Strong foundation in legal research, writing, and developing oral advocacy skills
• Interest in mastering Illinois civil procedure and strategic case development
• Some experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Detail-oriented approach to case management with the ability to handle multiple matters

• Technological proficiency and enthusiasm for AI integration as a competitive advantage
• Independent work style balanced with openness to mentorship and learning
• Illinois Bar admission in good standing
