A civil litigation firm in downtown Seattle with nearly 15 years of experience needs an Associate Attorney who is ready to handle cases from start to finish, argue motions, conduct depositions and try cases alongside experienced litigators who will invest in your growth.
You will manage civil litigation cases across employment, licensing and school law matters, meet with clients to develop strategy, draft motions, conduct discovery, depose witnesses and experts, argue hearings and assist with trials and settlements.
What you need to bring:- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong motion practice experience required
- Experience handling cases throughout the full litigation process
- Ability to manage cases independently with supervision
- Experience in employment law, licensing or school law is a plus
