Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in our Baltimore, MD office. The Civil/Land Development Department at WRA provides master planning, investigation, design, permitting/approval and construction phase engineering services for a large variety of site development and improvement projects, including campus/facility settings, planned communities, urban revitalization, and parks and public spaces. If you have a passion for engineering and a desire to work on a wide range of exciting land development projects, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other relevant degree from an ABET accredited program
  • Must have 11-15 years of relevant experience
  • Must be a licensed PE in the state of Maryland or have the ability to obtain within six months through comity from another state
  • Experience with planning, design, permits/approvals, construction phase services for residential, industrial, institutional, or commercial site/land development projects in the Mid-Atlantic region
  • SWM/ESC Plan design and permitting experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or MicroStation
  • Must be able to work independently and in a design group setting
  • US citizenship required

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 - $180,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
