Our client is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their Orlando, Florida office. The candidate should have technical and management experience dealing with teams on a variety of projects including production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and financial management. Qualifications:- Experience in residential and commercial land development construction plans production
- Experience with paving, grading & drainage, sewer, plans, hydraulic modeling, design, permitting, and construction management
- Project management experience such as project analysis, building and construction, critical thinking, financial resource management, listening, material resource management, oral communication, and planning is preferred
- Florida Professional Engineer license registration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development with site civil and/or drainage design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must
