Civil EngineerASR International is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide non-personal engineering support to 50 CES Operations Engineering at Schriever SFB. The role supports planning, design review, field surveys, facility condition assessments, and coordination with USACE, NAVFAC, and tenant organizations. This is not an A-E sealed-stamp role; the Government retains final engineering decisions and professional stamps.

Essential Duties- Serve as a technical consultant and project coordinator across civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural interfaces.
- Review designs, calculations, cost estimates, and Statements of Work for new construction and renovation.
- Conduct field surveys and facility condition/capability assessments; recommend economical engineering solutions.
- Collect and analyze technical data using CADD, GIS, BIM, and Government-approved modeling tools.
- Lead or support design charrettes and brief commanders/senior leaders on status, risks, and technical issues.
- Apply federal, state, local, and DAF health, safety, and environmental codes throughout programming, design, and construction.
Minimum Qualifications (per PWS)- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program; AND
- At least 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Professional knowledge of civil engineering concepts and familiarity with related disciplines.
- Ability to plan, conduct, and record site and facility surveys and inspections.
Preferred Qualifications- Structural engineering experience (desired, not required).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- DoD / Air Force / Space Force facility engineering experience.
- Experience with UFC, UFGS, and installation design reviews.
