POSITION - CIVIL ENGINEER PE or EIT - LAND/SITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

LOCATION - USA (HYBRID POSITION)

Arcadis is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team within the North America Places group. We are looking to grow our team of skilled multi-disciplinary engineers and engineering consultants throughout North America. This is a key location-based position.

Role description:

Whether you're a licensed PE or an EIT ready to take the next step, this is your chance to make an impact on projects that shape communities.

In this hybrid role, you'll work on some of the most dynamic and complex civil development projects-think hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. If you bring strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating innovative solutions, we'd love to have you on our team!

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required) - EIT or PE certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
  • Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Commitment to health and safety

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $68,187 to $112,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
