About the Role: The Special Projects Group at KPFF is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, collaborative entry-level Civil Engineer to join our tight-knit team in Seattle, WA. Qualifications Who We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred • Willingness to work on a variety of projects • AutoCAD and Civil 3D knowledge • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Where We Work, Physical Demands and Work Environment: • Our office is located in Downtown Seattle with excellent access to light rail and bus routes. • Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table. • Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs. • Occasionally visiting project locations and performing field inspections which may involve walking, standing, kneeling, or navigating uneven terrain. How We Compensate: The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate with 0-3 years of experience is $87,000-$105,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
