RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: Yes CLEARANCE TYPE: SCI TRAVEL: Yes, 25% of the Time Northrop Grumman's Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) is looking for a dynamic, innovative CIDO Program Manager (Manager of Information Technology 2) in the Space Systems Sector CIDO Program Management Office (PMO) to lead IT execution for the Emerging Capabilities & Sensing Business Unit (BU). This motivated individual will provide overall technology thought leadership, strategy and Information Technology (IT) management for the Space Superiority Division (SSD) while serving as a customer liaison between the different functional areas, the SSD programs and CIDO organization. Additionally, this individual will manage the IT program management team for the business unit. Applicants are encouraged to apply, only if they are willing to work on-site at one of the following locations:Dulles, VA; Redondo Beach, CA; Gilbert, AZ; or Rolling Meadows, IL Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: - IT strategy and operational activities including service delivery, technical requirements gathering, infrastructure solutions and project execution. - Lead IT strategy & execution of IT projects for business unit - Act as the CIDO ambassador to programs and business leadership, functional organizations, and end-customers (users). - Maximize alignment of program IT services with the Space Systems CIDO sector operating models, strategies, business objectives and investments. - Coordinate with directorate business leadership, homeroom managers, and end user groups to identify, plan, implement, and sustain IT solutions to meet sector, division and program strategic and tactical objectives. - Liaison between facilities and security to drive optimal IT service environments for SSD sites. - Functional management of CIDO program managers - Monitor customer satisfaction with IT service delivery and engage CIDO resources to assist as required to meet and exceed IT service level objectives for the site. - Identify systemic technical and service delivery challenges affecting the customer and then coordinate solutions with CIDO functional representatives; engage constructively to identify solutions. - Develop and present IT budgets in support of non-recurring projects, recurring sustainment and IT long range strategic planning (LRSP); provide monthly financial analysis and reporting to SP IT program management and SP IT leadership team. - Leadership, peer engagement, and highly effective collaboration across the SSD division supporting both localized SP sector and CIDO IT enterprise initiatives and projects Basic Qualifications: - Required: either a Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant IT experience; Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $219,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
