Description and RequirementsAbout the Role:The AI Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting the design, development, and execution of our enterprise AI program. Reporting to the AI Strategy and Governance manager, you will bridge corporate strategy, technology, and insurance operations-translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes across commercial lines, employee benefits, and other corporate functions. This high-visibility position offers regular interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, making it ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in modern AI tools and can seamlessly move between executive-level communication and detailed execution.
What You'll Do:- Support the execution of the enterprise AI roadmap by identifying and building tools to meet use cases and developing business cases across business lines and corporate functions.
- Design, build, test, and maintain AI workflows that automate or enhance core insurance processes, such as policy analysis, submissions, and client deliverables.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and AI tool rollouts, including tester communications, issue tracking, and release documentation.
- Develop training materials, communications, and best practices to drive adoption among business users and citizen developers.
- Track and report on program performance, including usage metrics, adoption rates, ROI analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, analyses, and updates for senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and AI partners, including pilots, betas, and new product releases.
What We're Looking For:- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, technology program management, or a similar analytical role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, political science, or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with large language models and AI tools (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, xAI), including prompt design and workflow development.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and resolve ambiguous challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of APIs, scripting, or low-code tools to prototype and iterate on AI-powered workflows is preferred.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries, and exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth environments is a plus.

Salary Range: $105,000- $115,000. This is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 10%.
