Pay & benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $60.00 per hour

  • Sick Leave/PTO: One (1) hour accrual per every 30 hours work up to 56 hours per year.
  • Vacation: Two (2) weeks paid vacation after one (1) year of service with a contractor or successor, three (3) weeks after five (5) years, and four (4) weeks after 15 years.

Description of duties:
  • Psychologists shall conduct psychological assessments and evaluations and develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for patients with diagnoses including, but not limited to chronic pain, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and general emotional and cognitive functioning.
  • The psychologist shall perform evaluations including, but not limited to formal psychological evaluation, General Therapy Screenings, Activities of Daily Living Evaluation, and adaptive equipment and functional capacity assessments as relevant to pain management.
  • The psychologist shall formally and informally assess each patient's physical, functional, psychosocial, and emotional needs and use that information to develop a comprehensive and dynamic treatment plan enabling each patient to achieve optimal levels of function in self-care, activities of daily living, work, and leisure.

Education and experience:
  • 2 years' experience as a psychologist, including experience in chronic pain.
  • Must be licensed to practice Psychology.
