Employment Options AvailableFull-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC and LMFT).
W-2 Employee - Full-Time (40 hours/week)- Commitment: 40 hours per week total: 32 hours of direct therapy per week & 8 non-clinical hours
- Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 3pm weekdays and weekends
- Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 16 clinical hours per week onsite.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $90,000

What makes you, you:- Experienced clinician with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families using evidence-based practices
- Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)

- Proactive problem-solver with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities

How you'll make an impact:- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
- Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
- Collaborate with other specialty providers
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate
The basics you'll need:- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Virginia
• LMSW with an active SISW, OR
• LMSW who is eligible to obtain their SISW - Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
- Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends
