Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end technical direction for Growth Signals, encompassing application architecture, APIs, infrastructure, integrations, data platforms, and AI systems.
- Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with enterprise customer requirements, security expectations, and company growth objectives.
- Lead the engineering and product organizations with clear ownership and accountability.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined engineering operating model covering planning, execution, testing, release management, and post-deployment support.
- Make architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS environments.
- Drive platform reliability and operational excellence, including observability, incident response, SLOs/SLAs, on-call readiness, and post-incident review processes.
- Own secure development standards and practices, including threat modeling, identity and access controls, data protection, dependency management, and API security.
- Lead enterprise security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 readiness, audits, penetration testing, and customer security reviews.
- Partner closely with Product to evaluate technical feasibility, manage tradeoffs, and sequence delivery while controlling technical debt.
- Provide executive-level technical leadership during complex enterprise deployments, escalations, and architecture reviews.
- Guide AI and automation initiatives (LLMs, GenAI workflows, agent frameworks) with an emphasis on reliability, evaluation, monitoring, and enterprise safety.
- Establish strong technical documentation, architectural decision records (ADRs), and knowledge-sharing practices across teams.
- Serve as the executive technical authority for Growth Signals with customers, partners, auditors, and senior technical candidates.
Required Qualifications - 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with significant ownership of production systems at scale.
- 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Director, or equivalent) with responsibility for architecture and delivery.
- Strong background designing and operating modern SaaS platforms, including APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience delivering secure, reliable software to enterprise customers with high availability and compliance expectations.
- Deep understanding of software delivery discipline, including CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and operational readiness.
- Strong security mindset with experience supporting audits, enterprise security diligence, and risk management.
- Ability to translate complex and ambiguous business needs into clear technical strategy and execution plans.
- Excellent communication skills with engineering teams, executive leadership, and enterprise stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience scaling technology platforms and engineering organizations in enterprise or growth-stage SaaS companies.
- Background supporting complex enterprise implementations in regulated or high-trust environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI systems, including integration patterns, evaluation frameworks, and operational monitoring.
- Experience owning or leading SOC 2, ISO-aligned controls, or similar compliance programs.
- Exposure to platform engineering, developer productivity tooling, or reliability engineering disciplines.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a core executive leadership role, responsible for defining and executing the company's technology and product strategy.
This role carries ownership of technical decision-making across product, architecture, engineering delivery, platform reliability, security, data, and AI systems. The CTO will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to translate business strategy into a clear, durable technical roadmap, while working deeply with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes.
